OUR MISSION AND VISION

HankInvest delivers substantial value in terms of career guidance to Hanken students and is the only actor that specifically focuses on connecting Hanken students with the very competitive industries of investment banking, management consulting and related industries.

Our main purpose is to help Hanken students in forming and reaching their career goals, we do this by organizing two excursions abroad, various events both independently and in co-operation with different companies and by distributing relevant information to students. HankInvest is completely student-driven, the board consisting of 12 students who run the activities of HankInvest.

Our main goal for 2021 is to attract more young students to our events and enhance Hanken students application & interview readiness. Furthermore, we wish to promote the Hanken Students Brand and raise awareness for our focus industries.

KLAUS TILLANEN

Klaus is a second-year finance student at Hanken and a new addition to the board. Klaus will be acting as Treasurer and responsible for organizing the Kick-Off and the London Excursion. He has previous experience from startups and is currently working with share-based incentive programs.

Since he was born, Klaus has spent his summers sailing in the Baltic Sea. Therefore he thoroughly enjoys being on the sea in the archipelago. Apart from that, Klaus likes to cook, mainly because eating good food is the perfect excuse to buy a great bottle of wine. Furthermore, Klaus always welcomes a bit of friendly competition in the form of a racket sport or, during the winter, a game of outdoor ice hockey.
