Are you ready to jump into the world of deal making and investments in one of the world’s largest private asset classes? CapMan Real Estate is looking for Investment Interns to join our investment team in Helsinki.
As an Investment Intern you will participate in various activities relating to real estate investments in an international environment. Your tasks will include a wide range of activities in all stages of the investment life cycle e.g. participating in cash flow modelling of new investment opportunities, preparing investment presentations and asset management strategies for new investment opportunities or supporting strategic decisions for existing assets etc. Furthermore, the role can be tailored to include e.g. business development projects where applicants’ unique skills and strengths can be utilized in the best possible way.
You will be employed full-time for preferably c. 5 months, but also shorter Internship periods are possible. We are looking to hire interns for both Spring 2025 and for Fall 2025.
