Due to our strong deal flow, we are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our team as an analyst intern. We are offering 4-6 month internship programmes. The intern positions are full-time and would start either in the spring of 2024 (starting in January) or in the autumn of 2024.
Your professional responsibilities at Nordhaven in this position would include:
Gathering and analysing company and industry specific information
Preparing profiles of domestic and international companies
Financial modelling (valuations, cash flow and debt capacity, mergers, LBOs, etc.)
Preparation of information memoranda and sales pitches
Participation in live projects, client meetings and presentations
Other relevant ad hoc tasks
If you have the following personal and professional attributes, you may be a great fit for this position:
In 3rd-5th year of studies with a strong academic record
Smart and down-to-earth, with good people skills
Analytical and punctual attitude combined with curious mindset
Solid understanding of and interest in financial theory, financial statement analysis and financial modelling (Excel)
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Finnish and English
Excellent PowerPoint skills
Recognizable potential to develop into a successful corporate finance professional in the future
