Your Role

As a Junior Portfolio Manager / Junior Business Developer at Softhaven, you’ll play a

pivotal role in driving the success of our portfolio companies. With high level of freedom and

responsibility your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO, gaining hands-on experience and insight into

  strategic decision-making.

• Analyze business performance and advise on necessary adjustments to ensure

  continued success.

• Support the development of business strategies, including pricing models, cost

  management, and operational improvements.

• Conduct financial analyses to offer actionable insights and recommendations for our

  portfolio companies.

• Create business cases for new projects and investments, helping guide decision-

  making processes.

• Assist in new acquisitions, from the initial meetings to the final negotiations, playing a

  key role in expanding our portfolio.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual who shares our enthusiasm for

entrepreneurship and growth. The ideal candidate:

• Holds a relevant degree in Business Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related

  field.

• Has of relevant experience from management consulting or a software company

• Communicates effectively in both Finnish and English. Swedish skills are seen as an

  asset.

• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
