We are looking for students in their final stages of studies (3rd to 5th year) to join us at our office in Helsinki. The Spring Academy trainee period can take place either in the autumn of 2023 or spring of 2024 - the exact dates are flexible. The Spring Academy is an important recruitment path for our full-time consultants.
Spring Advisor is a management consulting and financial advisory firm helping business owners, board of directors, executives, and public sector decision makers in demanding business problems by delivering answers that are strictly to the point and actionable
You will participate broadly in strategy, operational development and transformation, and corporate finance engagements. These projects require problem solving, analysis of businesses and markets, financial modelling, and crafting presentation materials in Finnish and in English which you will present to clients. You will work as a part of a project team with 3-5 colleagues. In addition, your team and dedicated Spring Academy buddy are there to support you throughout your traineeship.
