The William Blair Women in Banking Programme is an immersive two-day experience designed for students who are serious about pursuing a career in investment banking.
Through technical workshops, practical exercises, networking opportunities and direct exposure to our bankers, participants will gain a realistic insight into life at William Blair and develop the skills needed to succeed in the industry.
This programme is designed for students interested in understanding more about women in banking as well as future Summer Analyst opportunities within investment banking.
We welcome applications from students who:
Are interested in pursuing a career in investment banking
Demonstrate strong motivation, curiosity and commercial awareness
Thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments
Are expected to graduate in 2028
Students from all degree disciplines are encouraged to apply
