Aspira Partners – Investment Internship 2026

Aspira Partners is a newly established and fast-growing private equity firm based in Stockholm

holding 6 portfolio companies with SEK >5,000m in revenues. With a lean team and short decision paths, this is an opportunity for a student that is looking to take on great responsibility early on in their career. We are excited to offer new Investment Intern positions in our team, starting either in the spring of 2026 (three- to six-month, starting in mid-Feb) or fall of 2026 (three- to six-month, flexible starting date).

The Opportunity:

At Aspira Partners, you will be part of the entire investment lifecycle, from deal sourcing and deal execution to working with portfolio companies. As an Investment Intern at Aspira, you will play a crucial role in our team, taking on significant responsibilities and contributing to our success. Examples of tasks include:

•  Analysing investment opportunities and industry data

•  Creating financial and valuation models, presentations, and investment decision materials

•  Participating in both internal and external discussions and meetings

•  Supporting team in the management of existing portfolio companies

  
  

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and business minded individual with high ambition and willingness to learn. Ideally, you will also have:

•  Previous work experience at an investment company, investment bank, or management consulting firm would be preferred

•  Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

•  Strong teamwork and communication skills

•  Fluent in English and Swedish

The position does have a full-time requirement, as we want to you to be an integral part of our team which also includes taking part in live transactions. You should currently be in years 3–5 of your studies.
