Women's Career Society is an association with the goal to inspire young women in finding a career path. The idea originated in 2019, from four female board members in HankInvest. It has since then quickly grown, nowadays consisting of students from both Hanken School of Economics and Aalto University. Hence, WCS has also become an independent organization in 2021, separate from other subject associations. Nonetheless, HankInvest and WCS will continue cooperation also in the future.
