CaPS combines purchasing power of private equity-owned portfolio companies. Backed by Fidelio, one of Europe's top performing private equity investors, we've entered an exciting new chapter in our international growth.

CaPS is looking for a Junior Analyst to jump in, take on real responsibility, and grow alongside a high-performing team with a strong proven track record.

If you're driven, curious, and want a front-row seat to a fast-scaling international business — this is your opening.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting cost-saving analyses for potential CaPS member companies

  • Supporting the onboarding of new member companies

  • Preparing materials for meetings

  • Collaborating closely with CaPS members and vendors in a fast-paced environment

  • Supporting CaPS team members and business operations across different ongoing tasks and development projects and contributing to a positive team culture

We are looking for driven and curious individuals who get things done. We value a collaborative can-do attitude, willingness to support our team and ability to connect with different stakeholders.

Successful candidates typically have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English (both required). Swedish is a plus.

  • Fluency with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Commercial mindset and ability to manage many priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A degree or ongoing studies in e.g. economics or engineering, with a strong academic track record

What we are offering:

  • Fixed-term traineeship, 6–12 months, starting September/October 2026

  • Office in the heart of Helsinki, with a 21-person team across Finland, Sweden, and the Netherlands

  • Real responsibility from day one — strong performers can grow into permanent roles

  • Comprehensive personnel benefits

How to apply:

Send CV and a short cover letter to recruitment@caps.fi with subject line "CaPS Junior Analyst Application" by 27 August. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.

A relaxed group run + lunch will be held at the end of August for selected applicants to meet the team.
