Evli Growth Partners (EGP) is a later-stage, entrepreneur-led venture capital fund operated by Evli. We invest in the most beautiful European growth companies and actively contribute to their long-term success and value creation. Our team is led by five ex-founders who have built and scaled companies from zero to international scale, all the way to exit. We now bring that experience into supporting the next generation of entrepreneurs. We are a tight-knit group working closely with each other and with our portfolio companies. EXPECTED PROFILE

• Curiosity for the tech-driven world and new businesses

• Analytical thinking skills, a systematic approach and creativity

• Ability to take initiative and drive projects on your own

• Excellent interaction and collaboration skills

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (proficiency in Finnish, Swedish and other languages are considered an advantage)

• Experience with startups is considered an advantage
