HankInvest – Mentorship Program

Applications are now open for the HankInvest Mentorship Program.

The Program is an exceptional chance as a Hanken student to accelerate your development, set clear goals and establish a career plan with guidance from Hanken alumni. 

The program's primary objective is to create a meaningful connection between alumni and students, a knowledge-sharing relationship that benefits both mentor and mentee. Pairings are carefully matched based on shared profiles and mutual interests.

Structure of the program:

• Program period: A 4-month program running from mid-September to December 2026

• Number of meetings: At least 4 times during the program

• How to meet: Meetings can be held both in-person and virtually

• Mentors: Hanken alumni with backgrounds and current roles in investment banking, management consulting, private equity and entrepreneurship

• Who can apply: All Hanken students are welcome to apply
