ICECAPITAL – Investment Banking Analyst

ICECAPITAL is looking for full-time Investment Banking Analysts to join our M&A / Corporate Finance team in Helsinki.

ICECAPITAL is a Nordic investment banking and asset management group with close to 40 professionals across Helsinki and Stockholm. Our advisory services focus on M&A, debt advisory, project financing, capital raises and shareholder value. ICECAPITAL is known as a leading advisor in the Nordic energy and infrastructure space and has been involved in many of the region’s largest M&A transactions and refinancings.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will support transaction work across all stages of the process. Your responsibilities include financial modelling and valuation, analysis of company and market information, and preparation of high-quality presentations and other materials for clients and investors. You will work closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative team and gain hands-on exposure to live transactions from day one.
