Mehiläinen – Business Analyst Trainee / Business Controller Trainee 2027

We're looking for several Business Analyst / Controller Trainees for our Business Control and Management Accounting teams for 2027. The role starts full-time for at least three months, with the option to continue part-time alongside studies, including potential international assignments. We offer trainee position opportunities throughout the year, and the specific timing will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. The workplace is located in the center of Helsinki, by Narinkkatori in Kamppi. About the role:

You'll support business management as part of the Business Control team, producing high-quality analyses and reporting solutions to support decision-making. The tasks of a Business Analyst / Controller Trainee are varied and may include various development projects related to, for example, corporate acquisitions, investment projects, financial reporting, or the development of Power BI solutions, both in Finland and internationally. The exact job description will be tailored case-by-case basis according to the applicant's skills and interests.
