The ideal candidate: 

• Approaches problem-solving analytically, with the ability to research, organize and present information. 

• Is proactive, solution-focused, and skilled in coordinating project work. 

• Holds or is pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, STEM, or a related field. 

• Is fluent in English, with Finnish and/or Swedish as a plus.

  
  

You're the right fit if you're passionate about business and delivering top-notch advisoryservices. You thrive on learning and developing new ideas, whether working solo or aspart of a team. Your communication and presentation skills are strong, both verbally andin writing. 

Trainees are typically in their 3rd to 5th year of studies. A traineeship can lead to full-time employment.
