SEB – Corporate Finance Analyst

Corporate Finance, a core function within SEB Investment Banking, is a market leader in advisory services related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions in the Nordics. We are now looking to fulfil two Analyst positions in the Corporate Finance team in Helsinki. We hope to find talented and enthusiastic colleagues who are first and foremost passionate about investment banking. We look for driven individuals who want to learn and grow professionally in our high-performing and committed team. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have

• Ambition, diligence and eagerness to learn

• A suitable study background from a university, for example, from business or engineering. You are finishing your master’s degree soon or have graduated recently or up to 2 years ago

• A strong analytical mindset, a true team-player attitude, good communication skills and excellent command of both Finnish and English

• Gained relevant prior work experience relating to M&A, capital markets, private equity, strategy consulting or corporate strategy
