About the Spring Academy Internship Programme

The Spring Academy offers a 4–6-month internship during either autumn 2026, spring 2027 or autumn 2027. As a trainee, you'll immerse yourself in a variety of projects encompassing strategy processes, operational improvement, transformation initiatives, and corporate finance.
